Gender Equality Index 2025

TRICOFLEX publishes its Gender Equality Index for 2025, in accordance with Law No. 2018-771 of 5 September 2018.

At TRICOFLEX, gender equality is not just a legal requirement; it is a core value. Every year, we calculate our Gender Pay Gap Index to assess any disparities and identify actions to be taken to make progress.

For the year 2026, our Index stands at 92 out of 100. This score reflects our efforts and also highlights areas where we must continue to improve. The point distribution is as follows:

  • Female representation among the top 10 earners: 5 points
  • Pay gap between women and men: 37 points
  • Salary increases following maternity leave: 15 points
  • Gap in individual raise rates: 35 points

Professional equality is an ongoing objective, and we aim to implement concrete actions so that every colleague can develop within a fair and equitable environment.
