AS PART OF LAW NO. 2018-771 OF 5 SEPTEMBER 2018 ON THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE ONE’S PROFESSIONAL FUTURE, TRICOFLEX IS PUBLISHING ITS GENDER EQUALITY INDEX.

A gender equality index of 84/100 for TRICOFLEX.

The gender equality index assesses the pay gap between men and women in the company and highlights areas for improvement.

For the year 2022, this index reaches 84/100 at TRICOFLEX, an increase of 9 points compared to the previous year.

Calculated as a score out of 100, this score is based on 4 main criteria:

  • The gender pay gap (40 points)
  • The difference in the rate of individual pay rises between women and men (35 points)
  • The percentage of women receiving a pay rise after returning from maternity leave (15 points)
  • The number of women among the 10 highest earners (10 points)

The improvement in our index in 2022 reflects our commitment and efforts to promote professional equality between women and men. To continue this trend, we remain focused on promoting women within the Group.
